Fifth Sunday after the Epiphany

February 1, 2012                                  February 5, 2012

Welcome to All!  A special welcome is extended to our visitors.  If you are a visitor, please fill out an attendance card and place it in the offering plate as it is passed so that we may have a record of your visit.  Please stop by our welcome Center in the narthex (our church lobby) after the service.  For parents with infants/small children, a cry room is available in the back of the church.  Also let an Usher know if you need Holy Communion brought to you.  If you are looking for a church home, we invite you to consider St. Peter-Immanuel.  Please join us again!

The Prayer:  Almighty God, you have filled us with the new light of the Word who was made man and lived among us.  Let the light of our faith be revealed in all that we do; through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord.  Amen.

SCHOOL ENROLLMENT

School enrollment has begun for the 2012-13 school year.  Some of our early childhood classrooms will be filled fast.  Please enroll early to assure your student has a seat.

ONGOING FUND RAISING

Kohl’s and Pick n Save Gift Cards are available in the office.  Did you know for Kohl’s you can use your Kohl’s credit card to charge things and then purchase gift cards to pay your bill.  That way you continue to earn MVP awards and the school earns a stipends when you use the gift card to pay the bill.  Win/Win for everyone.

What to do with your old cell phone when Santa brings you a new one??

Place it on the table in the school hallway just on the other side of the Narthex.  We recycle them.  We do the same thing with ink cartridges and soda cans.  This is a very easy way to support the school.  Your garbage becomes our treasure.  Last year we raised over $500 doing this.
